The One Button Phone SIM card
The One Button Phone comes with a German Vodafone SIM card, which you can activate online yourself if needed. However, you can also choose any other SIM card.

Here's how to set up your SIM card correctly.
Setting up your One Button Phone is quick and easy. Simply insert the included SIM card or a SIM card of your choice. Please remember to deactivate the PIN request before inserting the SIM card. This is already done with our SIM card.

You can also use prepaid SIM cards with a data plan or conventional contracts from major phone providers. Please ensure you always have enough data volume available so that your One Button Phone has an internet connection and power consumption doesn't increase.
Please also note that twin SIMs cannot be used.
Unfortunately, our 2022 model does not work in countries without 2G network coverage. If you wish to use the One Button Phone outside of Germany and Austria, please check whether a 2G network is available in your area. Our 2024 model features 4G technology and therefore works throughout Europe! Should you have any further questions regarding usage or setup, please do not hesitate to contact us or a qualified retailer!
The SIM card is inserted by unscrewing the SIM card flap on the back of the device. A small screwdriver is included. A user manual in German and English is included. You can find a tutorial on our YouTube channel !
